About Me

A little about me

I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and a Parent Infant Psychotherapist.  I trained at the Tavistock and Portman Centre in London and have worked in children's mental health for 30 years.  My professional  body is the Association of Child Psychotherapists, I have an active DBS clearance and I abide by all ethical and professional standards.

I provide supervision, consultation and training.

What can I do for you?

If you are concerned about your child/adolescents behaviour or feel that your family relationships are not how you would like them to be, get in touch.

Are you worried that your child is very anxious/depressed/stressed, then I can help.

How does it work?

After an initial discussion, often by phone, we discuss whether I am the right person to help, if we both agree that I am, we make an appointment to meet and take things from there.  For young children, I can work through play, teenagers using talking therapy.
